Oceanside one of the best values and places to look when trying to find a rental property in North San Diego county.  While there is a large variety of rental properties found throughout the city the closer you get to the beach the more likely the property will end up being a short term vacation rental.  This is especially true when you get within a couple block radius to the beach in Oceanside, California.  Within this area are some really great places to look if you are wanting a rental property that is rented out on a month-to-month basis.  The first and probably the most popular places is the San Miguel condo complex.  if you have ever been to the Oceanside Pier area and walked along the beach then you will have seen the San Miguel condo complex which

One of the most popular place to find furnished rentals is located near the Oceanside Pier area in a place called "San Miguel."  There are actually several buildings and locations that make up the San Miguel complex which all offer an unbelievable location that is a very easy walk to the beach.  Due to it's prime location that large majority of rental properties located here are furnished rentals which means they can be rented for a short period of time.  For the most part, these must be rented for a minimum of 30 days and often rented by the month.  The best time to book these rentals is during the off season which is currently the fall and winter months.  

I truly believe the month of February is a great time to book as the rental rates are lower

The San Miguel condo complex is located directly across the street from the sandy beach just north of the Oceanside Pier as pictured below.  These are the closest beach front condos you will find In Oceanside, California and offer a wide variety of condos that either offer ocean views are located close to the beach.  There are several condo buildings under the San Miguel name with the large majority of them located on the oceanfront street of "The Strand."
