Oceanside Rentals 2 Blocks To The Beach

Oceanside one of the best values and places to look when trying to find a rental property in North San Diego county.  While there is a large variety of rental properties found throughout the city the closer you get to the beach the more likely the property will end up being a short term vacation rental.  This is especially true when you get within a couple block radius to the beach in Oceanside, California.  Within this area are some really great places to look if you are wanting a rental property that is rented out on a month-to-month basis.  The first and probably the most popular places is the San Miguel condo complex.  if you have ever been to the Oceanside Pier area and walked along the beach then you will have seen the San Miguel condo complex which takes up a several block radius just north of the Pier.  For the most part these are vacation rental properties that can offer a nice ocean view.  From past rental experience I can tell you that the summer months here are the most requested and especially for the month of July.  My recommendation is to book early as much as possible and keep in mind some properties are rarely available during some of the high season months since the same renter comes back every year and has first priority to rent it the following year.

Another popular place that's. close to the beach in Oceanside is the homes and condos located on Pacific Street.  This is a very popular street that runs parallel with the beach and has some of the best view rental properties that are on the market.  Since the proximity to the beach is very close there is typically a premium in price that you will find for rental properties here.  Another great option that isn't located right on the beach but very close is the properties located on Myers street.  This is a great area that is filled with older homes and can be a more affordable way to vacation in Oceanside without the high price points that you might pay in other buildings.  If a view is not the most important thing to you then this may be a good option.  Another great option would be the North Coast Village condo complex that is located right on the beach.  This is a huge complex that is gated with a lot of resort amenities.  Many owners elect to rent them out for certain periods throughout the year so there tends to be a good selection.  There are several websites that feature rental properties specifically for North Coast Village as all of these are privately owned so it would be worth checking those out.  We have gathered the properties that we have found in Oceanside that are a couple bock radius to the beach.  If you are looking for a specific time period feel free to give us a call at 760-710-2856.
