Oceanside has a large range of rental properties available for a variety of lease terms.  There are a lot of owners of Oceanside properties that are looking for a long term 12 month lease which is often the case for homes located away from the beach and on the east side of the freeways.  These are often traditional single family homes located in established neighborhood that often don't see short term rentals.  There is a collection of properties near the beach that often do shorter term rentals and come fully furnished.  We get a lot of calls for these kind of properties which are very popular for those looking to do a vacation in the Oceanside area.  There are a few things to keep in mind when looking for a short term rental which will be explained
