The Oceana Oceanside community is a senior community for those older than 55 years old.  The homes are nice single level attached units that are simple in design and ideal for those wanting to live in a friendly oriented community.  Select units in this complex will have nice panoramic views of the valley below since the community sits high on a hill in the central Oceanside area.  Pets are allowed here with certain restrictions and the homeowners association provides a central community clubhouse and multiple pools throughout the various neighborhoods within Oceana as pictured below.

Some of the units located here have been nicely updated with nice hardwood flooring, new windows and skylights.  Most of the homes offer a nice patio area that is located

The Montego condo building is one the premier complex's in the Oceanside Pier area that offers wonderful ocean views. The condos are located at the corner of North Pacific Street and Sportfisher Drive and situated just one block to the sandy beach.  The building itself is probably one of the nicest in the area with a sleek contemporary stone and glass architectural design and a private gated entrance. Ocean View condos start at just under $1 million and go as high as $1.3 million. These are definitely the most expensive condos to be found by the beach but offer a premium location and high end finishes.

The San Miguel condo complex is located directly across the street from the sandy beach just north of the Oceanside Pier as pictured below.  These are the closest beach front condos you will find In Oceanside, California and offer a wide variety of condos that either offer ocean views are located close to the beach.  There are several condo buildings under the San Miguel name with the large majority of them located on the oceanfront street of "The Strand."
