One of the popular Oceanside older communities that features no homeowners association dues is the Driftwood Terrace neighborhood. Homes in this neighborhood were often built in the late 1970's and feature detached single family homes located just north of the 78 freeway. The community itself is actually pretty small with homes located east of College Blvd. Homes in this community rarely come on the market due to the limited inventory of properties here.
