Oceanside, California is widely known for it's beach front condos and well priced single family homes when compared to other beach towns in San Diego county. One unique architectural style known as a "Row Home" is not very common in Southern California unlike other parts of the country where the style is very popular. Recently in the South Oceanside area two brand new construction row homes have just been completed and came on the market yesterday.
