The Villa Trieste adult community is located just off the 78 freeway in Oceanside, California.  This is a very small neighborhood that features attached townhouses that are located on either the lower or upper section of the two story buildings in this community.  The complex was newly built in 1995 and attracted immediate interest for those older than 55 years of age.  One of the reasons for the popularity is the low price point.  A two bedroom, two bath townhouse with over 1,300 square feet can now be purchased for $339,000.  Many of the homes located here include window shutters, air conditioning, fireplace, vaulted ceilings and private patios.  This is a very private community that offers a gated entrance, community pool, spa and recreational area.
