Whelan Ranch is one of the best kept secret neighborhoods when looking for a home in the Long Beach area. The area is predominately filled with residential single family homes but also offers residential condos as well. What I love about this community is that it's well established and has many homes that have a lot of character and charm to them. The location is one of the biggest selling points and is located just north of the Oceanside historic Mission and west of the 76 freeway.
