One of the latest trends for real estate buyers is buying a home that has been completely remolded.  We started noticing this many years ago as buyers were no longer interested in taking on a project of a home that needed some work.  Savvy buyers are looking for homes that have a lot of upgrades and that are competitively priced as well.   COVID19 has really changed a lot about the real estate market in the last several months.  There are a lot of buyers out looking for homes since interest mortgage rates are some of the lowest that they have ever been.  The biggest problem right now is finding a suitable home.  Because of COVID19 the inventory of Oceanside homes has gone down which causes more buyers to be interested in any new properties that come on
