Many love to live by the beach in Oceanside, California as many of the top condo buildings area located within a close proximity to the Oceanside Pier and the sandy beach.  Finding single family homes located within a three blocks radius to the beach can be tough unless you know where to look.  One of our favorite neighborhoods is located on the north side of the Pier and called the Pacific Village community.  These are really great curb appeal and were built approximately 15 years ago and are built in the row style.  The two story residences feature high ceilings, gated entrance, open floor plans and gourmet kitchens.  One of the best features of these homes is the close proximity to the beach as it's just three short blocks to the Pacific Ocean.

The Lake Shore Villas is a nice condo complex located north of the 76 freeway in Oceanside, California.  Located at 509 Calle Montecito, Oceanside, the condos sit next to Libby Lake and offer nice 2 bedrooms condos.  The units often include a good size living and dining room, private balcony and interior washer/dryer.  The master bedroom comes with their own bath that includes a combination of tub and shower and often come with walk-in closets.  The Lakeshore Villas community offers a nice community pool, spa and children's play area for it's residents that included in the monthly homeowners association dues of $250.00 a month.  The dues also include hot water, sewer and roof maintenance.  For more information on the Lake Shore Villas complex please call
