Rancho Del Oro Oceanside Rentals

One of the more popular areas to find rental homes in the Oceanside area is in the planned community of Rancho Del Oro. I really like this area since it has so many different neighborhoods to choose from each with it's own unique personality and floor plans to choose from. For the most part, rentals in this area included homeowners association dues which means you have access to all of the community amenities while the landlord pays for those dues. Renters typically are responsible for paying all utilities which is pretty standard when renting a home in the Oceanside area.

There are currently two rental homes on the market in Rancho Del Oro. One is a four bedroom, three and a half bath home with approximately 2,059 square feet and listed at $3,500 a month. It will be available for move-in on April 1st and is located on a desirable cul-de-sac location. The other rental listing is at $3,000 a month and offers an approximate 1,739 square feet of living space and ready for immediate move-in. For the most part the security deposit, first months rent and credit check fee is required before you move-in. For those who have less than stellar credit many opt to paying the rent in full for the first year as a way to entice the landlord to rent to them. It's really hard to beat the central location of Rancho Del Oro that is located in between the 76 and 78 freeways. From this location is a short 10 to 15 minute drive to the beach depending on traffic with an easy commute to most areas of San Diego county.
