One of the more popular areas to find rental homes in the Oceanside area is in the planned community of Rancho Del Oro. I really like this area since it has so many different neighborhoods to choose from each with it's own unique personality and floor plans to choose from. For the most part, rentals in this area included homeowners association dues which means you have access to all of the community amenities while the landlord pays for those dues. Renters typically are responsible for paying all utilities which is pretty standard when renting a home in the Oceanside area.
