First, the Fire Mountain area is our first pick for finding an ocean view home.  Located on the east side of the 5 freeway and high on a hill is a combination of residential single family homes that can offer panoramic ocean views.  Ocean View homes currently start at $450,000 for a three bedroom, two bath home with 1,473 square feet of living space.  The listing indicates that ocean views can be seen from the living room, kitchen and Master Bedroom.  The home was built in 1975 is attached with the neighboring property.  It is listed as a fixer-upper that needs TLC so please keep that in mind when considering this home.
