The Pelican Cove community is located in the San Luis Rey area of Oceanside and just steps to the Old Mission San Luis Rey that dates back to the early 1700's. Pelican Cove is a condo complex that offers two to four bedroom condos that were built in 2006. The complex is located near the intersection of Douglas Drive and North El Camino Real which is filled with local shopping and restaurants. The units tend to be average around 1,000 square feet and included a one or two car attached garage.

Condo prices for the Pelican Cove community normally ranges in the low $200,000 range for a two bedroom, two bath unit. Monthly association dues run $258.00 a month and include maintenance of the common grounds. Since the community is rather small there is no community pool nor clubhouse area.
