One of my favorite buildings near the Oceanside Pier area to capture some great ocean views is the Pacifica Del Mar complex located at 152 S Pacific Street. These six residential condos located here are technically not located right on the beach as they are located on the across the street from the Oceanside Tyson Street Park area that provides very nice and direct ocean views.
