Windward Oceanside Ocean View Condos

The Windward community is located near the downtown area of Oceanside and just east of the 5 freeway.  At that time these were built in 2006, buyers were aggressively pursuing these condos that were selling for well over $700,000.  Since then the market has cooled down and real estate prices are at a more affordable level.  Condos currently start at $325,000 and go as high as $479,000 for an ocean view unit.  The best views are the units that face the ocean and have direct ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd level of the 3 story town home.  Of course, the complex sits next to the 5 freeway so freeway noise and cars on the freeway can be seen from inside the units.  The condos are well insulated so very little noise is actually heard when inside the units unless a door or window is left open.
