The final homes are being sold at the Vista Del Mar community after originally coming on the market at the beginning of 2018. According to our MLS data, 16 homes have already sold while another 4 more about currently under contract and one condo still available for sale at $889,000. The successful run was due in part to the prime location situated just blocks to the Pacific Ocean and the sandy beach. The condos ranged from three to five bedroom floor plans and 1,712 to 2,599 square feet.
Real Estate prices have consistently been selling in the $708,960 to $970,000 range that equals to $336.23 to $496.16 per square foot. Some of the three level townhouses have a lot to offer with generous size room and a bonus rooftop deck complete with an attached two car garage. The builder did a great job of planning an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen complex with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The builder has been great to work with and accepting all types of financing terms including FHA & VA loans. Monthly dues are approximately $360,00 a month that covers the nice community pool as pictured below. The location is probably the biggest selling point beyond living in a new construction home with close proximity to local shopping, restaurants and the Oceanside Pier. Many of the top schools are also located nearby. This is the last chance to buy a new construction condo in this development although I'm sure we will see some re-sale units in the near future for sale.
