It's been a very busy year for the condo located at the North Coast Village complex in Oceanside, California.  In 2021, there have been a total of 37 condos that have closed escrow while the previous year of 2020 we saw 41 condo sales according to our multiple listing service.  The lowest recorded sale occurred in March of this year when a 1 bedroom condo with approximately 760 square foot sold for $500,000.  The most expensive sale thus far was a two bedroom ocean front condo that sold for $1,590,000 which closed escrow on 7/29/21.  

Our company represented several buyers this year at North Coast Village and there seemed to be one consistent theme for many buyers who are looking in this complex for investment purposes.  One thing to keep in mind is

The North Coast Village condo community is a great place to find ocean view condos located right next to the beach.  The complex is like a tropical resort with beautiful flowers and swaying palm trees with a large luxury community pool that overlooks the ocean.  The condos are absolutely ideal for those looking for a quiet vacation spot that can be rented out. The North Coast Village is located at the very north end of Oceanside near the Harbor and just north of the Oceanside Pier.  There is a high density of condos in this area as the North Coast Village is one of the largest.  Ocean View condos normally will start in the low $300,000 and offer one to two bedroom units.  This is a great return on investment as many of these one bedroom units can rent for
