Oceanside, California Harbor area is home to a few select condo buildings located just steps to the water and the beach.  The Harbor area is a very touristy area filled with great seafood restaurants and small boutique retail stores that sell a wide variety of tourist style items.  Situated on the ocean side of the freeway is a small street known as "Harbor Drive" that features a tall 17 floor building known as Marina Towers.  Closer to the beach is another small condo complex that is literally just steps to the sandy beach.  Both of these buildings can offer both water and ocean views as well as overlook the Harbor area.

It's been nearly 18 months since we have seen a listing in the Marina Towers building in Oceanside, California.  The Marina Towers sits majestically by itself next to the Oceanside Marina with condos offering panoramic Ocean Views.  Real Estate prices in the past have been mid $600,000 range with a current listing at $674,888.  The condo features two bedrooms, two baths with 1,364 square feet of living space and great views of the ocean.  The condo also features a large kitchen area with breakfast bar and quartz counter tops.  The unit has floor to ceiling windows which really talk in the view which also includes a large deck area.

The complex does have a lot to offer with covered parking, barbecue area, ocean view pool and gathering room.  Units
