Summerset Estates New Oceanside Community

One of the newest neighborhoods that is currently under construction is the new Summerset Estates community.  The builder, D.R. Horton Emerald Homes is building a very limited number of 22 homes located in the 92054 zip code near the cross streets of Mesa Drive and El Camino Real.  The homes are slated for completion in 2017 and currently offering properties for sale starting at just under $800,000.  The homes will average 4 bedrooms and around 3,000 square feet with one and two story floor plans to choose from.  Some of the staple features that can be found in these homes include  two to three car attached garages, covered porch entry, large front and backyards and a variety of 5 architectural styles to choose from including Spanish, Monterey, French, Traditional and cottage designs.  

The location is very close to the 76 freeway making the morning and afternoon commute a breeze.  From this location it's a short drive to the Oceanside airport as well as the Emerald Isle golf course.  It's approximately 2.5 miles to the beach with the Oceanside Pier and Harbor as popular destination spots.
