South Oceanside Ocean View Homes

The South Oceanside area is a great place to find ocean view homes in Oceanside, California.  The most obvious place to start looking are the homes located on Pacific Ave that are located on the beach front.  These homes have wonderful ocean and Pier views and are normally priced in the $2 to $3 million dollar range.  On average, there are just a small handful of these properties available for sale at any given time.  

For those with less of a budget should consider homes located across the street on Pacific Avenue.  Even though these homes are not located on the sand many of these homes will have roof top decks that overlook the ocean.  Prices are much more affordable in the one million dollar range for a single family home and the $600,000 for a residential condo.  These homes still have close proximity to the beach for a fraction of the cost.
