One of the best kept secrets in Oceanside is the very small community of Rosedale. This neighborhood is only located on two streets and has some of the best prices for homes that can average over 1,800 square feet of living space. The location is situated on Diamante Way street which is located in the Southern section of the Rancho Del Oro area of Oceanside and just north of the 78 freeway.
