Jonathan Stokes wrote: The Rancho Del Oro villages are somewhat the heart of Oceanside. We know that the area is aggressively being developed with new houses and community parks. The hills are beautiful and people living here would truly enjoy the nature and its delights. What more the winters are milder too; a good option for someone who is looking to invest in a home in Oceanside. But , with steady increase in Southern California home prices, it would be interesting to see how many people would take the plunge.
