Oceanside Ocean and Harbor View Condos

Oceanside has a great variety of residential condos and homes to choose from that are located blocks to the beach while others are a short driving distance. We have buyers that ask about the best places to find ocean and harbor view condos in the Oceanside area and there are a couple of great condo buildings to choose from. Both of these buildings are located on the ocean side of the 5 freeway which is where you want to be in order to have a really great view. Amenities will vary depending on where you decide to buy so here is our quick guide to both of these locations.

First, the Marina Tower in Oceanside will have a commanding view of the Pacific Ocean as well as the Oceanside Harbor. Whenever someone asks for a Harbor View the very first place I recommend is the Marina Towers. The building itself is one of the highest in the area with 17 floors of condos that often have direct ocean views. Condos in the complex have been recently selling in the $900,000 range for a standard two bedroom floor plan while one recent sale of a penthouse unit on the 17th floor sold for over $1.7 million. What I love about this building are the many amenities you get when living here. Some of these include a community pool, spa, barbecue area, fitness center and even Wifi and basic cable TV. There is even a community room that has a large screen TV and Kitchenette which is ideal for gatherings or for a conference meeting. On average, we only see a couple of these condos come on the market each year and the higher floor units are very rare to come up for sale.

Another great place to look for nice Harbor Views is closer down to the beach as the North Coast Village complex. This is a very large complex that is really a giant compound located right next to the beach. Not all condos will have views so it's important to check out the location of the condo before making a visit. Some condos will have direct ocean front views while others will have more coastline views looking north or south. The condos facing the north coastline is what you want to look for if you want Harbor Views. These also rarely come on the market but expect to pay in the mid $700,000 range for a one bedroom condo with Harbor Views. We have gathered the current list of Harbor and Ocean View condos below.
