Oceanside North Beach Rentals

One of the more popular places to find rentals in the Oceanside area is the North Beach area.  Basically these homes and condo rentals are located north of the Oceanside Pier and occupy some of the most desirable sections found in this quaint beach town. There are several large condo complex's that offer the closest distance to the beach in North Oceanside.  One of the largest and closest communities located next to the Oceanside Pier is the San Miguel complex.  There are several buildings located in San Miguel with some located right next to the beach while others are further back.  For the most part these are furnished vacation rentals that can be rented by the month.  It's important to keep in mind that there is typically pricing for the off season which tends to be lower and then pricing for the high season summer months which is much higher.  If you don't mind visiting during the summer months then you can save a lot of money doing so.

One of our most requested condo buddings in this area is the North Coast Village condo complex.  This is a huge development that is located on the beach with a nice mixture of unobstructed view condos along with partial and no-view units.  Like San Miguel these are often used for furnished vacation rentals that seem to get a lot of action especially during the summer months.  There also a nice selection of condos for sale here that could make excellent rental properties if buying an investment property is a priority for you.  The one thing that we seldom see here are long term rentals.  We have a lot of people looking for a 12 month lease here but these are few and far between.  For help finding a rental in this area please reach out to us at 760-710-2856.
