Oceanside Lake View Rental Homes

Oceanside, California is a beach town that offers a variety of views that include the ocean views and some hills and mountain views as well.  The one thing you don't think of when thinking about this small beach city is a home that has lake views.  There is a small area in North Oceanside that does offers a small lake with select properties that offer these nice water views.  The area is called Libby Lake and can be found going north on the 76 freeway and turning north on College Road where the current Walmart super center store is located.  Once you pass over the San Luis Rey River area then you are just a few blocks away from the Lake.  The Lake is so popular that they named an elementary school and neighborhood park after it.  This is a popular area for residential homes as some of the newer home developments that taken place just north of this location in the last 20 years.

There is currently one rental home that has just come on the market in Oceanside that does offer a nice lake view.  The two bedroom condo is located in the Lakeshore Villas condo complex and is located on the top floor offering nice views of the lake.  The nice thing about this unit is that the owner pays for water, trash pickup and sewer which is included in the monthly rent of $2,526 a month.  The only other community that also might offer lake views would be the apartments located at the "Summit at the Lake" community.  For the most part, the Lakeshore Villas complex is the place we recommend for having nice lake views and is one of the more affordable places to live as well.  For additional information on renting a home in the Oceanside area please contact tour local Oceanside Real Estate agents at 760-710-2856 today.
