Oceanside Lagoon View Homes

Oceanside is a unique place where there is a variety of views can be found.  Some of the most common vistas are oceanfront, ocean and city light views.  The city also has several bodies of water that are classified as lagoon's and lead directly out into the Pacific Ocean.  These lagoon views can be found in several different neighborhoods and here is quick guide on where to find them.

First, single family homes on the southern most point of Oceanside are situated next to the Buena Vista Lagoon.  Streets like Eaton and Tremont Street can offer single family residences that have nice lagoon views from their own backyard.  Currently there are two homes for sale that are listed for just under $600,000 and feature three bedrooms and are situated within walking distance to the beach.  Next to these two streets is a small condo building Sandpiper Cove.  These condos also offer lagoon views and are located approximately 3 blocks to the beach with a nice community pool and spa area for it's residents.  Single level units are very nice here since they don't require any stairs at all.  Condos in the Sandpiper community currently range just under $400,000 with a premium in price paid for those offering lagoon views.
