Oceanside Homes with RV Parking

One of more popular requests we get from clients tends to deal with car storage and the type of parking that a home can accommodate.  RV parking can be very difficult to find as many older homes do not have the space for such a large vehicle and most homeowners associations have rules and regulations prohibiting this.  Oceanside is a true gem when it comes to finding a home with RV Parking since there are many homes are not located in formal associations and located on large over-sized lots.  Here are just a few places to start your search.

The Fire Mountain neighborhood in Oceanside is a great place to look as many of the homes here are large in scale and located on over-sized lots.  We quickly found one ocean view homes listed at $889,000 that offers a 2,011 square foot house the offers RV parking and hookups as well.  The Seaside neighborhood on the West side of the 5 freeway will sometimes have homes that can accommodate this type of parking as well.  We found a smaller four bedroom home with 1,400 square feet listed at $942,000 which comes with a 3 car garage and a carport for RV parking.   This area is typically pretty dense so this seems to be a very unique offering.

For more larger and upscale homes we recommend the Morro Hills neighborhood.  These homes can span over 5,000 square feet and offer wonderful ocean and city light views.  We found one home for a client that offered 2.5 acres of land with plenty of room for RV parking.  Homes like this can be listed around $1.3 million and located a little further way to the beach than the Fire Mountain and Seaside neighborhoods.  Typically homes located further away from the beach tend to be located on larger lot sizes.  if you continue east then towns like Bonsall and Fallbrook may be a good option too as you get a lot more land for your money.  For more information on finding a home with RV parking please contact any of our local Oceanside Real Estate agents at 760-710-2856.
