Oceanside Harbor Condos

Oceanside, California Harbor area is home to a few select condo buildings located just steps to the water and the beach. The Harbor area is a very touristy area filled with great seafood restaurants and small boutique retail stores that sell a wide variety of tourist style items. Situated on the ocean side of the freeway is a small street known as "Harbor Drive" that features a tall 17 floor building known as Marina Towers. Closer to the beach is another small condo complex that is literally just steps to the sandy beach. Both of these buildings can offer both water and ocean views as well as overlook the Harbor area.

The first complex is the Marina Towers hi-rise building that was built in 1976. Over the years this has been a very popular condo complex with owners rarely putting their condos up for sale. Real Estate prices for an ocean view unit will vary from the low $700,000 to $850,000 range depending on the size, view and upgrades. The views are truly amazing and capture white water ocean views as well as the many boats located in the Oceanside Harbor as pictured below.

The other building is the Marina Del Mar complex which can be seen at the very right hand side of the photo. This is a small complex that is situated on a small street that sits between the Harbor and the sandy beach. These are much lower in price and tend to be much smaller in size as well.
