Ocean Lofts Building in Oceanside, California

The Ocean Lofts is a secure gated building with private garage parking that come with extra storage units.  The building itself also comes with a conference room and executive suites for those who who would like to conduct business from this location.  The area is technically called "West Oceanside" which is an up and coming neighborhood filled with small boutique restaurants, shops and coffee houses.  From this location it's a short distance to the Oceanside Train station and Museum.  Real Estate prices currently run $450,000 for a 1,100 square foot loft.  This is an open space concept with no official bedroom or bathroom count as the loft can be configured to any desired format.  Over the years these condos have been very affordable selling in the $200,000 and $300,000 range over the past 10 years.  This is a great price for property located this close to the beach in this North San Diego beach town.
