North Coast Village Rentals

If you are looking for rental property right on the beach then it's really hard to beat the North Coast Village complex in Oceanside, California. The North Coast Village community offers a wide range of rental properties with owners looking for both short and long term rentals. There are also many vacation rental properties located here so it can be difficult to differentiate rentals listings here, especially if you are looking for a long term one year lease.
It's not uncommon to find a 12 month rental in North Coast Village for under $2,000 a month. Many of the one bedroom units have reentry rented for $1,850 and $1,900 a month. The rent normally includes association dues which gets you all of the amenities which include a community pool, spa, on-site security guard and gated community. Tenant will typically pay for utilities includes Cable TV and internet. There have recently been 2 bedrooms condos located on the ocean front that have been listed for under $3,000 a month.
There are also vacation rental properties located here that can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis. One particular listing on the market right now has seasonal rates which is pretty typically during the high season summer months. The rates published are as following: June to August is $4,500 a month, September $4,000a month, October through May at $2,000a month. There is also weekly rates:, June to August at $1,600 a week, September $1,400 a week and October through May at $1,200 a week. No matter what you are looking for we are here to help.
