The North Coast Village condo community is a great place to find ocean view condos located right next to the beach.  The complex is like a tropical resort with beautiful flowers and swaying palm trees with a large luxury community pool that overlooks the ocean.  The condos are absolutely ideal for those looking for a quiet vacation spot that can be rented out. The North Coast Village is located at the very north end of Oceanside near the Harbor and just north of the Oceanside Pier.  There is a high density of condos in this area as the North Coast Village is one of the largest.  Ocean View condos normally will start in the low $300,000 and offer one to two bedroom units.  This is a great return on investment as many of these one bedroom units can rent for as much as $3,000 a month.  Owners are well taken care of here with the association taking care of the beautiful grounds and covering the building insurance.  Local Cable TV is included in the monthly dues.  The complex consists of 9 three story buildings and smaller two story cottages. The heated pool is a great place to relax and there is plenty of outdoor activities in this immediate area.  This truly is a great vacation spot for those looking to full part of full time.
