Most Expensive Oceanside Homes Sold In 2022

Oceanside, California is filled with a lot of different neighborhoods that are located on both the ocean side and east of the 5 freeway.  Real Estate prices can vary depending on where you are located in Oceanside and the general rule of thumb is that the closer you are located to the beach the more expensive the real estate.  This notion was true this year as the most expensive properties were all ocean front homes located streets like "The Strand" and "Pacific Street."  It's still widely considered one of the most affordable beach towns in Southern California with lots of opportunities for those looking for good deals.

212 S The Strand, Oceanside was the most expensive home sold in May of 2022.  The four bedroom single family home offered a lot of square footage with an approximate 4,834 square feet of living space with a five car attached garage.  The home was newly built in 2003 due to its prime location next to Tyson Street Park which gives it an amazing view of the Oceanside Pier as well as offer a nice buffer in between properties.  The views are simply breathtaking as can be seen below with unobstructed white water ocean views.  The owners reportedly did a renovation to the main floor in 2018 and did a great job.  Clean Contemporary lines with a wide open floor plan that all took in the fabulous views.

212 S The Strand Oceanside

1409 S Pacific Street, Oceanside was the second highest sale in Oceanside which sold for $4.9 million in November of 2022.  The eight bedroom home with a bonus office featured an approximate 3,881 square feet of living space and featured three levels of living space. One of the selling points of this home is that is was located right next to the sandy beach which can be hard to find in Southern California at this price point.  It was originally listed for $6,450,000 and then lowered to the points that is sold for the $4,900,000 price point.  The home boasted private steps down to the beach as well as two ocean front decks that overlooked the Pacific Ocean.

1409 S Pacific Oceanside

1005 S Pacific, Oceanside was the third highest sale in Oceanside was sold for $4,435,000 in March of 2022.  This was a unique beach front duplex that was located directly on the sand with wonderful ocean views.  It was originally listed at $4,999,000 and then lowered to $4,700,000 which caused it to sell after being on the market for 121 days.  The three level home came with 3 car garage with additional driveway parking spots.  It was priced accordingly since it did need some work to update the property but finding two units on the sand can be hard to find at this price point.  Below are the current most expensive homes for sale in the Oceanside area.  Feel free to reach out to us at 760-710-2856 to view homes similar to these.
