Lomas Del Oro Oceanside Condos

Some of the best priced condos in the Rancho Del Oro area of Oceanside is a small community called "Lomas Del Oro."  These condos were first built and developed back in 1990 as alternative housing to the large single family homes in the area.  This is a secure gated complex with two and three bedroom condos offer open floor plans and offer generous square footages that average over 1,000 square feet.  The interiors of the units tend to be very consistent and can offer high ceilings, interior laundry room, large master suites, outdoor balconies and detached garages.  There are a total of 72 units located here with select properties before offered for rent.  Rental values will vary but average in the low $2,000 a month range for a standard 12 month lease period.
