Crystal Sands is a very well located complex that's just steps to the beach in Oceanside, California.  This is a newer complex that was built in 2009 with 9 luxury units located in a Contemporary style building located near the Oceanside Pier.  At the time they were built the builder incorporated many upscale features which include 9 foot plus ceilings, switch controlled gas fireplaces and hardwood flooring.  The Master suites offer generous size walk-in closets with separate shower and Jacuzzi soaking tub.  Additional enmities include central heating and air-conditioning, dedicated utility room for the washer/dryer and built in cabinetry.

The Crystal Sands complex offers a 500 square foot community fitness center, underground parking and a private gated entrance.  The Crystal Sands Homeowners association handles the grounds and exterior building maintenance.  The best number to reach them is 760-505-7052.  Condos do come on the market for sale and for lease on occasion.  Unit number 518 was on the market in 2016 for $1,599,000 when it was taken off the market for sale.  It featured a total of 3 bedrooms, two baths with 2,000 estimated square feet.  It was on the market for a total of 80 days and did not sell during that time frame.  A recent three bedroom rental property was on the market last year for $3,995 a month.  It featured a total of three bedrooms and 2,000 estimated square feet.  The condo featured stainless steel appliances, African hardwood flooring, private patio and 10 foot + ceilings.   Condos rarely come on the market at Crystal Sands so please contact us if you wish to be put on a waiting list.
