Buckingham Estates Oceanside Community

One of the few places in Oceanside, California where you can find a home on large parcels on land would be the Buckingham Estates community. Real Estate prices in the past couple of years have sold between $1,399,000 to $1,800,000 with one active listing at $2,140,000.  One of the main reasons people live in this area is due to the level of privacy and expansion nature of these homes.  The properties here can come with a large private driveway, pool with panoramic views.  There is a small monthly dues that are paid to the homeowners association with currently run $105.00 a month.
