A brand new construction complex has just hit the market and is being called "314 Beach Lofts." Located at 314 N Cleveland is a building that offers both residential condos as well as business store front opportunities on the main level. We couldn't agree more as this appears to be a great opportunity for those looking to start a business or find a residential condo near the beach.
